Challenge: Create a template for service videos.

Resolution: I created an animated intro that highlights the fact that it is a service related video with vector illustrated tools to show what’s needed. I also created a warning callout when specific actions needed to be taken for safety.

This template enabled our team to release videos quickly based on customer requests or the service tech schedules.
